Payment schedule
25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
Remaining balance: This fee will turn into the security/damage deposit which will be returned (pending inspection) within 30 days of departure. $2200 due upon arrival for 1st month's rent in the form of a check payable to House of Payne LLC. Each month thereafter shall be month-to-month payable in the form of a check payable to House of Payne LLC. If the tenant's stay consists of a partial month, the landlord shall pro-rate the invoice based on $550/week or $75/day.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of 25% is due.
Notes
30-day minimum stay required as per town mandate. Daily and weekly rates available only after the 30-day minimum is met. 25% damage deposit, unless otherwise stated, is required and will be returned in the form of a check after inspection and within 30-days of your departure.
As a mid-term rental, our home is thoughtfully tailored for extended stays, offering the comfort and feel of a true residence. We kindly ask that guests tidy up and wipe down surfaces before they leave. If you prefer not to handle this or would like additional cleanings during your stay, we’re happy to arrange professional cleaning at any time or at checkout for a modest additional fee. A list of Check Out Procedures is provided.
