Master Bedroom

This room, affectionately known as "La Grange," features a queen-size bed, medium-firm Thread & Needle mattress, high thread count sheets, and fluffy pillows. 

A large dresser and small closet provide you with the space kick your feet up and stay awhile. 

Lee (Sarah's partner) handcrafted the bed frame using reclaimed barn wood from Sarah's grandparents' farm.

Guest room

Charming, cozy, and cleverly designed.

Affectionately called “Le Coop,” this sweet guest room features a twin West Elm captain’s bed with five built-in storage drawers, a medium-firm memory foam mattress, high-thread-count sheets, and fluffy pillows for a restful night’s sleep.

Need a quiet space to work or write? This room easily doubles as a home office, complete with a desk and comfortable chair—perfect for productivity between adventures.

Living Room 

Sit back and relax!

This room contains a cozy couch, leather recliner, SmartTV, dvd player, cd player (with a selection of cds), and a bookcase with a number of local guidebooks, regional history books and maps.

Lee handcrafted the entertainment center using reclaimed barn wood from Sarah's grandparents' farm. 

Dining Room

Eat, drink, and be merry in a space that blends charm and comfort.

Gather around the antique dining table, surrounded by four thoughtfully selected chairs that invite long meals and good conversation. The farmhouse hutch adds rustic elegance and is fully stocked with placemats, silverware, and cloth napkins—everything you need for a relaxed, home-cooked meal or a cozy takeout night in.

Kitchen

Everything you need, right at your fingertips.

The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric glass-top range, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee makers (both drip and Keurig) to jumpstart your mornings.

Inside the cupboards, you’ll find all the essentials: pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, a Magic Bullet blender, electric mixer, small crock pot, and complete sets of measuring cups and spoons. We’ve also included cleaning supplies to make tidying up a breeze. Whether you’re prepping a full meal or just heating leftovers, this kitchen has you covered.

Bathroom

Freshen up with comfort—and a smile.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a built-in seat for added ease and relaxation. A whimsical curtain reminds you to “live like someone left the gate open”—a little nudge to embrace the day with joy.

We provide plush towels, a hair dryer, and a convenient start-up kit of cleaning essentials to make your stay smooth from the start.

Outdoor Bistro

Relax, grill, and play under the canopy of shade and sky.

Tucked beneath the branches of a friendly tree, the backyard invites you to unwind with a round of cornhole (yes—we provide the set!) or gather for a casual meal at the picnic table. Fire up the outdoor gas grill and savor the fresh air within the privacy of a fully fenced corner lot, dotted with mature, leafy trees.

The front porch offers a quiet spot to sip your coffee and watch the birds, while a small storage shed is available for your gear.
